$AMEN is a meme token on the Solana blockchain. It has no intrinsic value, generates no revenue, and entitles you to no dividend, no share of profits, no equity, no governance right and no claim against any person or entity. It is not a security, a fund, a deposit or a regulated financial instrument, and it is not backed by any asset or reserve.
No team, no guarantees
AMEN has no incorporated company, no board, no employees and no treasury. Statements made on this site or in community channels are the views of the individuals making them and are not commitments by any legal entity. The roadmap describes intent, not obligation.
